My reclining couch locking piece broke in July 2018. I called to get it fixed since I have the warranty that cost an arm and a leg to purchase.

They sent someone out to look at the couch, he said a part needed to be ordered. He would submit the order and someone would be out within 2 weeks to install. I called 2 weeks later and was told my part was never ordered. They sent another technician out to the house to get the serial number off the couch to order the part.

Now we are into September and my couch is still not fixed. My part came in the end of October. They came and replaced the part at the beginning of November, during the replacement process they broke the frame on my couch and had to order another part.

I had to call and see if the part was ordered since no one communicated with me if they had done it.

Today 11/29/18 I had service scheduled from 8-10, the technician came to the house, never got out of his van, sat his fat butt in there and never moved. Then drives off.

I call Sam Levitz to make a formal complaint and the dumb girl tells me that he is the manager of all the techs...whatever a manager has sense and tact to do their job properly, this includes getting out of the car and knocking on someones door.

Reason of review: Warranty issue.
