So it only took the sales rep 4 tries to input my order correctly this weekend then I get a call today saying that they forgot to load part of my order on the truck thst was suppose to be here between 8 and noon. Now it's high noon and no truck yet and oh yes, they are supposed to call me 30 minutes before they arrive. What an unprofessional company from start to finish, I hope my backorder and left behind product arrives sometime before the credit card bill as tgey were very prompt at taking my money.
